Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions
Repair and/or Replacement within the Limited Warranty period

Free return/refunds and/or like for like exchanges are only possible within the initial 14 days' period from purchase for any unused products in their original condition and packaging.

All Omnibell products come with 12 months' Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, available only to the original buyer.

A customer may under this Limited Warranty arrange for a product (or a faulty part of it) to be sent to Omnibell Limited for full service/repair along with a proof of purchase and brief note outlining the issue. (Please send your item and accompanying paperwork to the address shown on your Warranty Card)

This Limited Warranty excludes any accessories like fixing bolts/nuts and or spare tools for assembly

Any use or misuse of the product not in line with what is advised in our Health and Safety Instructions supplied with each product, may not be covered under the Warranty.

We do not charge for labour or parts replaced under the warranty terms and conditions, however, the customer will still have to pay for the return shipping costs for any used item or part of it outside the initial 14 days cooling off period.

Any product or part of it thereof which is not repairable will be replaced with identical new product/part within the Limited Warranty period.

Once we receive the product/part for service/repair, we would inspect and assess the issue, and attempt repair within 7 working days.

When we have repaired/replaced the item we will contact the customer and send them the final invoice for the return shipping costs before the item is despatched back to the customer.
